If you find an easier peanut butter fudge recipe anywhere else just let me know! For sobbing out loud this recipe only requires 2 ingredients. I’m not sure it could get any easier.

  • 1 tub (1 lb) Vanilla Frosting (gluten-free of course, so everyone can enjoy it)
  • 1 jar (16.30z) Creamy Peanut Butter

Tip:

If you are a chocolate and peanut butter fan, you can substitute vanilla frosting for chocolate frosting. It's fabulous that way too.

What kind of peanut butter is best for this recipe?

Choose a smooth peanut butter brand such as Jif, Skippy, or Earth Balance that doesn't separate the oil from the peanut butter while it sits. Avoid jars labeled "natural" for this recipe and instead use a brand of peanut butter that maintains its consistency at all times. I really like the Earth Balance Peanut Butter made with coconut oil.
