Amazing! My son even asked for more broccoli (the sauce made him enjoy the taste)! I used raw frozen shrimp...Thawed it under cold running water in 5 min. I would recommend this recipe! The entire family said, "put it on the good list".

I made this over brown rice and my husband loved it. He said "I got down" on this meal. I will be making this again. The sauce was perfect, I would not change the measurement on any ingredients. I personally didn't know how much rice to cook so I only did 1 cup. I didn't want to make too much, but I should have done 2 cups. It was the perfect amount the way I did it though, but my husband and I both are big eaters. Also I love onion so next time I think I might do 1 1/2-2 cups of the onion.

Good quick weeknight dinner. I doubled the chicken broth, halved the soy sauce, and added a tablespoon brown sugar to balance the saltiness. Will be in rotation switching it up with chicken, beef and pork. Served with jasmine rice.

This turned out great and was so easy! A great way to get my 2 yr old to eat her broccoli! I doubled the sauce and it was the perfect amount. I was out of rice vinegar so substituted with apple cider vinegar and a little sugar. I also used a little olive oil rather than sesame and it was fine. Will definitely add this to the rotation for an easy and tasty week night dinner!

So good. So easy. I added a tablespoon of water to the broccoli and onion mix midway through the cooking time to steam the broccoli a bit. It was perfect. Every bit as good as take out. Served over steamed jasmine rice and had a cucumber side salad

I made it with chicken. I added 1 cup of edamame, 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced), and a sweet onion. I also doubled the amount of sauce. It was delicious. I will try the recipe again but next time use shrimp.

This was an excellent tasting as well as easy to make dish. Everyone loved it when I made it a few weeks ago, even though, I realized afterward, that I forgot to add the garlic, and we love garlic! We didn't even miss it! We enjoyed it so much, in fact, that my guests requested I make it again when visiting this past weekend, and also asked for the recipe to take home. It really is good. By the way, I actually tripled the first 6 ingredients, because we like a little more sauce for the rice, and because I always add more veggies than called for.

This was easy and tasty. The stir fried broccoli is to die for- it's the best way to get some broccoli into the diet. I usually double the sauce part (we like more suce for the rice). I've served this with white rice, brown rice, fried rice, and rice noodles. Awesome every time!

Delicious! I followed the advice from the comments and doubled the first 6 ingredients. I might add a bit more stock next time. I also added more red pepper flakes, as my family likes it spicy. It was not only delicious, but very easy to make.

The shrimp turned out really tasty, but the rest was pretty bland. I don't know that I'd make this again.

This was easy and yummy. I doubled the recipe for the sauce, except for the red pepper, didn't use low sodium anything, used jarred ginger, omitted the onion, and used light sesame oil. Served over brown rice and it was so good. Thanks for the great recipe!

I thought it was a good, basic recipe to build on. I didn't have fresh ginger or dark sesame oil so I substituted powdered ginger and olive oil. I added twice the broccoli and then added mushrooms, red and green peppers that I had in the fridge. The sauce was a little too zesty and not enough, so I doubled it and added some brown sugar to sweeten it up a bit. I served it with jasmine rice. This is a good recipe and will have to try it with chicken since I normally don't have shrimp. I'll also have to try steak one day. Even though my middle son doesn't like spicy, he enjoyed the dish and wanted more.

I made this last night and my four-year old loved it. Even the veggies got thumbs up and a grin. I doubled the sauce, only added half the onion, tossed in some napa cabbage and used half the red pepper flakes.

I made this for dinner last night, and it got rave reviews. As some other reviewers suggested, I doubled the sauce, except for the crushed red pepper. It had just enough bite without being overly spicy. Also, I'm a veggie fan, so I added a red bell pepper and half a head of napa cabbage with the broccoli, and then added one can each of water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts during the last minute or 2 of cooking. Served it over brown rice, and it was delicious! Definitely part of the rotation.

Works with any vegetable. I tried this with pea pods and bok choy, and it was very good. I suspect any veggie would work. I also used half the shrimp (for 2 people), about 2/3 the veggies, and all the sauce, and it was fine. Tip: add 1/4 cup water and steam the veggies for 2 min. instead of stir frying. I wouldn't make this for company, but for a family dinner it is outstanding.

This was very good. We will add it to our rotation. The one change I made was to add water chestnuts and I really thought that went a long way. It's probably not something I would serve for guests, but it's a great, quick, healthy family dinner. We took the extras for leftovers the next day and they were still good.

What a fantastic recipe! I substituted 1/8 tsp ground ginger for the fresh and used half zucchini half broccolini since that's what I had on hand. I served it over jasmine rice. My family LOVED it! I thought it was spectacularly good! This is sure to be a regular at our house in the future.

My hubby enjoyed it but i thought it was a bit bland...i would add more ginger and soy sauce. I used regular soy sauce not the low sodium kind either and half the crushed red peppers but my kids still thought it was too spicy.

This was a great recipe. I followed a fellow reviewers suggestion and used sliced red pepper. I also only had ground ginger on hand so I added it to the sauce mixture. I halved the rest of the ingredients except for the sauce as there are only two of us.

I made this recipie and it was okay first time around. But, because I like a little color and crunch to my meal, I added waterchestnuts, peapods and sliced red peppers. It was a visual delight as well as great for each bite! Do not substitute the sesame seed oil (flavored oils have their purpose). Do increase the sauce it's great flavoring and I prefer fresh ginger over jarred. Change of pace? Use noodles instead. I've never had much luck with rice noodles so I used angle hair instead. Fantastic!
