If a series episode isn't available on HBOMax, try the following steps:
Step 1: Browse the episodes
In HBOMax, do the following:
- Choose the Search icon
and type the series name (e.g. Game of Thrones). - Select the series.
- Choose a Season number and scroll down to browse the episodes.

Most new HBO shows and movies are available on HBOMax when they premiere on HBO. To find out when new episodes will premiere on HBO, go to HBOLatam.com and search for a series by name. HBO's live shows and events require time to be prepared for HBOMax. Such content is normally available within 24 hours of the original broadcast.
Step 3: Update HBOMax
To get the latest version of HBOMax, open the app store on your device and search for HBOMax. If there's an app update available, download the update.

Step 4: Try another device
Check if the episode is available on another device. To do this, open HBOMax on another device, search for the series name, and browse the available episodes.

Close the HBO Max app and restart it
