    What am I supposed to do with the egg whites if I’m not ready to make anything yet? How long can they be refrigerated before going bad or can you freeze them?

    I have started writing up in the corner of recipes that I print out how many egg yolks or egg whites are in a recipe Ex. “3 egg yolks” so that I can find recipes to use up egg yolks or egg whites when I have them left over.
