- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp sweetener such as honey monk fruit, or maple syrup
Instructions
In a blender, add the liquid ingredients (almond milk and vanilla extract).
Add the cottage cheese and frozen strawberries on top of the liquid ingredients.
Blend the mixture for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
If the cottage cheese smoothie appears too thick, gradually add extra milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding the sweetener of your choice.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
